This
kind of Snow makes everything loud. I hear the Ice falling from the
Trees as my attention is drawn to someone crunching through the Snow
to the North. I notice that I am drawn to look. I want to see what I
can hear. In the still dim morning light I can not see anything, but
the sound of someone crunching through the Snow is quite plain. Plain
enough that I can tell whomever it is is heading West.
I
am struck by my desire to see what I can hear. Is hearing not enough?
Am I missing something by not simply listening?
