When I find myself
judging someone else's choices or actions, I take up the same ideas
with them that I would take up for myself. They are doing the best
they can and making choices with all the information they have access
to. Also, when I see someone struggling with the choices they have
made or the consequences of other people's choices, I can take up a
position of gratitude, and be thankful I am not in that place of
struggle. This brings me back to the moment I am in, and the
consequences of the choices I have made. With my head up and my eyes
open, I can figure out what to do next.
